1 box yellow cake mix(any kind) 4 eggs 1/2 cup butter flavored crisco 1/2 cup water 1/2 cup lemon juice 1 tbsp. lemon extract Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease and flour a 12 cup Bundt pan or a tube pan. Mix all ingredients on medium for 2 minutes. Pour into pan and bake for 45 minutes. Cool in pan for 15 minutes. 1 roll refrigerated pizza crust 1/4 cup pizza sauce 1/4 cup diced onion 1/4 cup diced green bell pepper 2 oz. canned sliced mushrooms 2 oz. shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 lb. ground chuck Brown ground chuck with onions and bell peppers, drain well. Set aside. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. On a greased pizza pan, unroll pizza crust, flattening slightly. Spread pizza sauce over dough leaving 1/4 inch on each side. Top with meat mixture, mushrooms, and cheese. Fold over and pinch all sides shut. Bake for 15-17 minutes. | |||||||||||||||||||||||
Green Sea Punch | ||||||||||||||||||||||||
1 12 oz. can frozen orange juice concentrate,thawed | 1 2qt. pkg. unsweetened lemon-lime Kool Aid 1 46 oz. can unsweetened pineapple juice,chilled 1/2 cup sugar In a 1 gallon jug, make Kool Aid as directed on package, using the 1/2 cup of sugar. Pour in orange juice concentrate. Stir. Pour in pineapple juice, stir well. Chill. Keep refrigerated. Makes 1 gallon.
